Artek | Saturday in Design @ Anibou

Held on the 27-29 July 2007 in Sydney, Saturday in Design was a great opportunity for us to catch up with our long standing colleagues at Anibou and to meet some new faces.

Mirkku Kullberg, Managing Director of Artek Finland, attended and introduced us to leading British designer Tom Dixon who is the new Creative Director of Artek.

Their presentation focused on the new Bambu collection which includes a chair, table and bench at present. The Bambu collection is made of bamboo laminate and is a highly sustainable product.
