Tototo Awarded With Good Design Tototo News The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design has awarded the Good Design Award 2007 to the Tototo armchair by Maxdesign, designed by Hannes Wettstein.

This contest selects (since 1950), the best designs from all over the world and it is internationally considered as one of the most important prizes in this field.

Immediately recognisable and unmistakeable thanks to its oblique design, Tototo was born in 2006 and was initially conceived as an outdoor chair. Stackable without limits, Tototo is a monolitic injection-moulded polypropylene armchair, available in ten different colours, it is also often requested for indoor use.

A new goal for Maxdesign, who has already won this prestigious international award in 2003 with the So Happy Chair, as a proof of the constant dedication the Italian firm employed in technological research and design.
